Johnney Kusi Baffour is a young entrepreneur who recently graduated from the University of Cape Coast and read Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting.
According to him, he has been in the field of entrepreneurship for about a decade.
Starting from selling toys at his junior high school, lending to his colleagues at 20% interest rate at the senior High school.
He also started the Johnneykay group at the University of Cape Coast which is a parent company with 3 subsidiaries (Men Collections, electrical extension sockets, and Phones Accessories).

His company received an entrepreneurship award from Central Business and Entertainment Awards, 2022 edition.
Johnney recently posted a book he has written on his social media handles. The title of the book is *Becoming a successful Student entrepreneur*.
According to him, his motivation behind writing this manuscript is to motivate young entrepreneurs with the stories of other successful businesses which were started by young people and also educate them on some principles that will help them become successful in business as well.
Johnney says his book captures the most not talked about topics in business.
According to him, these principles are unfortunately not taught at the classroom too. Among these principles are:

1. Educating young entrepreneurs to focus on value creation rather than finding a product to sell to customers. He says, “Customers don’t buy a product because they want to buy. They buy a product because of the value or benefit they can derive from such a product or service.”
2. Also, his book expound on how to build your brand in the mind of your potential customers by building a top-of-mind awareness.
3. Again, his book reveals some secrets about mentorship, networking and how to leverage relationships for business success, the benefits of starting a business at a young age, how to become a good manager of your time and business, how to manage your finances, how to practice patience, the power of constant learning and many other interesting topics.

His book would be launched come January 2023 at the University of Cape, Club House conference room. He encourages every young person who desires to become successful to grab a copy when it’s launched.
His book is also known as My First Copybook in Entrepreneurship.
